Job Purpose

To work on Cloud platform architecture design and development
Selection of cloud services and defining the logical architecture and data protocols to be used to send the data to cloud platform from the telematics device (from vehicle)
To do API integration for the content-based services, using which connected car services are derived

Analyse the data protocol and define the cloud data ingestion techniques for automotive use cases
Derive the cloud platform services to be used to develop cloud platform architecture
Definition of MQTT/AMQP protocols based payload for the functional content to be exchanged between telematics device and cloud platform (in AWS/Azure platforms)
Defining the cloud platform architecture which hosts the connected car feature blocks at cloud level

Understanding of cloud services in AWS/Azure cloud platform, application of the same in automotive domain
Work experience in defining, developing and deploying cloud platforms for connected car applications
Understanding of data ingestion, data structuring and storage methodologies
API integration and cloud platform levels for the content based services
Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Windows etc.
Understanding of critical security concepts such as firewalls etc.
